Stucco homes

There have been a few homes in the neighborhood that have been found to have a bit of moisture behind the stucco on the front of the homes. This stucco can be taken off, moisture problem fixed and a new front put on. Some of the homes have been able to work with the builder's insurance company (as it was covered under a 10 year builder's warranty on structure). When the home is re-done like this, it is better than new and normally has an additional 10 year warranty on the work. If you want more information, you can contact me confidentially.
